Fun for all in Bloxwich Park. Picture: Stuart Williams.
Dateline: 27 May 2009
Walsall
Council held one of their popular fun days in Bloxwich Park today, and
despite the rapidly changing weather the event was far from a wash-out,
with the sun occasionally shining on around six hundred people who had
a great time throughout the day.
The attractions on offer
included five-a-side football, children's rides, storytelling, charity
stalls, Punch and Judy, a road train, donkey rides and inflatables.
Admission was free although charges and age restrictions applied on the
rides.
This was one of a series of fun days which are running in
different parts of the borough over the next few months. Information
