Councillor treks Bloxwich East for charity
A Bloxwich Councillor is planning to walk the boundary of the Bloxwich East ward to raise money for a local charity.
Kath Phillips (Labour, Bloxwich East), will be starting from Buxton Road, Lower Farm estate, by shops to shops at 9am on 10 February 2010. Her sponsored walk aims to fundraise for Walsall Hospice.
Councillor Phillips said "I welcome all support, and a send off would be great. The Hospice means an awful lot to me. I would be grateful for any support or publicity."
